An Immersive Art Exhibition Where 10,000 Visitors Explored the Evolving Meaning of “Fulfillment"

'Đủ' (Fulfillment) is an interactive exhibition created through a collaboration between Fustic. and Sun Life Vietnam, a prominent life insurance company. This exhibition serves as an immersive inquiry into the personal and evolving measures of "Fulfillment" in a high-velocity culture.
Curated and directed by Trung Bao, Hai Doan, and Phuong Vu, the project gathered a multidisciplinary collective of 27+ artists & programmers to explore these themes through new media, installation, and visual design. Rather than functioning as a traditional production house, the creative team approached the space as an ecosystem where art and innovation converge to reinterpret cultural rituals. The primary objective was to move beyond the role of passive observers, using interactive strategies to transform the audience into co-creators of the visual and spatial experience.
By integrating graphic design, communication, and physical installations, the work blurs the boundary between the observer and the creator. The technical framework relies on the audience’s presence to influence the narrative, shifting the role of the viewer from a passive recipient to a co-creator of the visual and spatial experience. This approach transforms data and movement into a resonant medium, allowing visitors to experience the concept of fulfillment as a living trace rather than a fixed definition. The exhibition design prioritizes a heightened sense of presence, aiming to leave participants more attuned to their own perspectives and the collective stories shared within the space.
As one of the first interactive and immersive experiences in Vietnam during that period, the exhibition attracted 10,000 attendees over its 5-day opening duration. This high engagement highlights a significant public interest for new media art and real-time interactive art. The project reflects a broader vision to expand the cultural imagination of Vietnam on a global stage by blending heritage with experimental technology. By the conclusion of its run, the exhibition succeeded in fostering a communal bond through its multidisciplinary works, proving that an abstract philosophical inquiry can be effectively explored through the convergence of art, design, and innovation.
